Shenlong (神龍; literally god dragon), a.k.a. Shenron, is a magical dragon from the manga Dragon Ball and the anime Dragon Ball, Dragon Ball Z and Dragon Ball GT.

In the early Harmony Gold English Dragon Ball dub from the 1980’s, it is known as a Dragon God.

Shenlong can be summoned by gathering all seven of the Dragon Balls of Earth. It can bestow any wish as long as it does not exceed the power of its creator, who must be still alive (i.e. Kami/Piccolo). Shenlong cannot repeat a wish, or bring back anyone who has been dead for over a year. He cannot make someone fall in love or die. The Dragon Balls cannot be used for one Earth year after a wish is made, as they turn to stone. The Earth Dragonballs are relatively small, each about the size of a large orange.
